Employee & Manager

Let me introduce myself, I'm one of Billions of employees in this world who would like to present how employees would like their managers to be.

One a day I was setting in front of my desk and closing my eye's putting my head on the chair, dreaming how I would like my manger to be, during the dream I stop in front of the following:

· I do all my best to be in the office before my manager.

· On a daily I jumped from my bead so I don’t miss seeing my manger smile.

· He’s serving himself by himself for his personal issues.

· Always giving me all his attention during desiccation "No e-mail or phones"

· Take my permission if he answers his phone during a meeting, as a respect.

· Giving me a always an appreciation for my effort, via e-mail, letter or

shoulder pressing, or at least words.

· Do his best to get me what I deserve for my effort without asking for it.

· Explain company and departmental goals and link it to his managerial

goals.

· Sitting in my office and open a desiccation about my family.

· Never ever using bad word. · He has authority.

· If I say no, or I made any argument during a department meeting, he will

not put me on his black list.

· Never burn me in front of customer if our company did something wrong.

· Encourage me to present suggestions, opinions and initiatives.

· He's always gives trust and authority to me.

· Support me down to the bone, and couching me all the time. · Punishing

me alone, not in front of the others.

· Talk transparent and direct and implement team work.

Sorry I wish to continue but my manager catch me smiling while I'm closing my eyes and he thought that I'm sleeping and he start shouting to wake me up at this stage I com-back to my real business world. But I'm sure that he's an employee as me, and he wish that his manager act same as above, YES it’s a chain… it’s a chain.
