So, already I implemented in all my projects my EXCEL finical reporting system, with a powerful process and templates that give me a full control of my project financial situations.

By this I made all my stakeholder in cool mode during plaining, execution and closer phase. It’s so important that you keep your stakeholder knows that thing is under control and reporting is up to date and they’re on the track about project financial situation.
